How does the Mastermind Group work?

You’ll be part of a group of 4-6 online course creators. We’ll have a 90min biweekly video meeting with the following structure:

1. Share your wins

All the participants will share what they accoumplish in the last 2 weeks, what goals they achieved to keep growing their businesses

2. Hot Seat

One of the participants will be on the Hot Seat and will share a specific problem or situation that need to be solved in their business. The rest of the group will bring their knowledge, experience and expertise to brainstorm together solutions for that situation: giving feedback, sharing examples, coming up with new ideas…

3. Set up your Goals

All the participants will share their goals for the next 2 weeks. They should be SMART Goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely

Who is the Mastermind Facilitator?

That’s me! I’m Reme, a Strategic Consultant, specialized in online courses, personal branding, and digital marketing strategies. I’ve been working with online course creators since 2010.

I’ve been running Mastermind groups and Accountability sessions for course creators for 2 years now, and it’s been a real success, as the participants are definitely accomplishing their goals, improving their busineses and getting the motivation and benefits of having a supportive group.
